CBS is cutting the ranks of its FBI agents.
The network has canceled FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International. The two shows will end their runs in the spring after six and four seasons, respectively. The flagship series, which is in the midst of a multiseason order taking it through the 2026-27 season, will remain at CBS.
Another entry in the franchise, which would focus on CIA operatives and is tentatively titled FBI: CIA, is in development at CBS. The potential show is set to be introduced as a back-door pilot in an episode of FBI later this season.
The cancellations come as something of a surprise, even though neither series was part of a sizable renewal announcement CBS made in February. Both International and Most Wanted continue to put up decent ratings for CBS. Though neither brings in as large an audience as the flagship series, they rank among...

Airing on Tuesday, December 17, FBI: International season 4, episode 8 is titled "You'll Never See It Coming," and serves as the show's fall finale. It will see Beau Knapp's Greg Csonka return when the star witness in the case against him is "beaten to death in a Budapest prison before he can testify." The antagonist first appeared in the season 4 premiere and vowed to get revenge on the Fly Team leader, who is responsible for his arrest. Therefore, it was only a matter of time before the plotline came full circle and forced Wes to revisit what—or who—Csonka cost him.
Joining the team in their attempt to uphold Csonka's conviction is Agent Tyler Booth, played by Station 19 alumni Jay Hayden. When speaking with ScreenRant about his character's relationship with Wes, Hayden confirms that Tyler does have an influence on his former colleague. As Wes struggles to control his emotions in the fall finale,...

FBI: International season 4 has undergone a major change with Jesse Lee Soffer's Wes Mitchell replacing Scott Forrester as Fly Team Leader. The series continues to explore fresh storylines in its new era, exemplified by Special Agent Tate stepping into the field. "The Unwinnable War" sees Amanda go on her first undercover assignment to expose a corrupt DEA agent. With much of her work taking place behind a desk, season 4, episode 4 allows the intelligence analyst to showcase her range of skills.
Tate's mission is successful, proving she has more to offer the team than technical expertise. However, while it's clear that the agent is interested in fieldwork, any desire to change career paths is overshadowed by her commitment to Lili. Christina Wolfe shares that Amanda will continue to prioritize motherhood above all else, but her desire to have a more active role remains an internal conflict throughout the season.
