Unusually, Tony drives the yellow Pontiac Firebird convertible that has been Roger's car in previous shows. Dr. Bellows is seen driving a Pontiac LeMans Safari station wagon. Pontiac provided cars for the show's characters and even some guest stars throughout the series.

Goofs
When Jeannie's Uncle Sully finds out that Tony supports Kasha, he restrains Tony's hands on a board. In the first shot, the bar is behind Tony's head and nothing is in his hands. However, in the next shot, the board is gone and Tony is holding a pad and pencil in his right hand. Then, in the next shot, the board is again behind Tony's head and his hands are empty.

Tony wouldn't marry her if she were the last genie on earth

"Guess Who's Going to Be a Bride?" essentially switched gears this fifth season, the network insisting that the show emulate BEWITCHED for higher ratings by marrying off the genie and her master, the two stars vehemently objecting, as the sexual dynamic was how can any man fend off a beautiful blonde genie without giving in to temptation. Funny thing is, the network got their way yet still cancelled the series at season's end, killing the golden goose with their interference. Jeannie, joining the already cancelled STAR TREK, were two shows whose popularity actually increased afterwards, viewers able to watch them in better time slots than what NBC could offer, proving that the Peacock never appreciated their own lineup. This also served as the show's third and final two parter, the wedding held off for two months for the first week of December.
