Landau is on a family holiday on the Baltic and is trying to find her husband Patrick who went missing while on a boat trip. When the experienced sailor's body washes up on the beach the next day, Nora and her colleague Simon Brandt from the Lübeck Police Homicide Department start investigating the victim's past to find out what might have happened to him.
