Slow paced indeed

The 1st episode got this adaptation off to a good start, but is now starting to look a bit stretched as the BBC try to eek 4 episodes out of it.

The "I apologise for my son" moment is well played, but the sheer amount of evidence that Douglas is a bore is stacking up against him.

A skippable episode, full of some filler moments.
