Welcome back, Wallace Boden! Eamonn Walker will be reprising his role in an upcoming Chicago Fire Season 13 episode, according to TVLine. He’ll appear in Episode 18, airing on Wednesday, April 16, as part of figuring out what happened in a house fire when a firefighter was inside during a collapse. Gary Cole will also appear as Commissioner Grissom in the episode. Showrunner Andrea Newman called the episode “a thrill ride unlike any we’ve done before” in a statement (via the outlet). “Told with flashbacks and unique POVs, Chief Boden leads our team on a search to discover the how, who, and why of a fierce firefight that ended in disaster.” Walker had been with Chicago Fire from the beginning of the series, and the Season 12 finale was his last as a series regular. However, Boden remains very much an active member of the Cfd, with him taking on the role of Deputy Commissioner.

Lady Gaga is about to make her fifth appearance as “Saturday Night Live” musical guest — and second as host — this weekend. So to prepare, she stopped by the 30 Rock offices to share her creative process with the cast.
In a new promo out Wednesday, the “Abracadabra” singer sings what she sees (à la Randy Newman in “Family Guy”) as comedians Andrew Dismukes, Devon Walker, Ashley Padilla and Heidi Gardner attempt to get some work done.
Naturally, no one is safe from Gaga’s impromptu piano ballads, including Dismukes’ 2 p.m. breakfast sandwich, Walker’s big swing of a hat and Gardner’s obvious signs that she sleeps at the office. Check out the NBC teaser, below:

In the summer of 2001, Vin Diesel became a household name. The Fast and the Furious, which was designed as little more than a modestly budgeted action programmer, became the breakout hit of that summer, capturing the cultural zeitgeist in a way that’s hard to reverse engineer. It was a major hit with the youth market. Diesel, with his bald head, muscular physique and unforgettable voice became the decade’s first icon, with audiences fascinated by his macho vibe, ambiguous ethnicity, and signature look. Studios didn’t waste any time building a star vehicle around him, with Sony making him the lead of a new super spy franchise they hoped would give James Bond some serious competition. The film, XXX, was among the most hyped films of the decade, with many thinking it would be such a phenomenon that it would make the Bond franchise irrelevant. That didn’t quite happen,...

Finding work as an actor is a lot like digging for diamonds. Once in a blue moon, you'll strike lucky and latch onto a big one, but for the most part, you stand more chance of passing a kidney stone. Consequently, one would think that as soon as an actor secures a major role in a film franchise or TV show, they would hang on until their fingertips bleed. Not always. A few notable stars actually wanted out of popular shows and movies, begging the writers to send them off to the fictional morgue.
Think of Jeremy Renner for a second, and what's the first role that you associate him with? Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, of course. Surprisingly, Renner begged Marvel to kill Hawkeye in 2012's "The Avengers." Harrison Ford is another noteworthy example of an actor who would have preferred to see their on-screen character perish sooner rather than later.

Attention, Spn Family. You’re invited to a Supernatural reunion, though it takes an alternate form from what you’d assume. Word has come down the wire that Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins are officially joining Jensen Ackles for the fifth and final season of The Boys as guest stars.
Eric Kripke, who created The Boys for television, also created Sam Winchester and Castiel, Padalecki and Collins’ respective Supernatural characters. Supernatural fans have waited years for these three to reunite, and it’s only natural for them to cross paths on The Boys before the show goes the way of the dodo.
The trio announced they’re getting the band back together via an Instagram video, proclaiming they’ve “got work to do” for The Boys Season 5. Padalecki and Collins’s roles are being kept under wraps, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start celebrating what is sure to be a momentous occasion.

The film has certainly been a long time coming, but it will finally be released on Netflix this April. The cast includes Tom Hardy, Jessie Mei Li, Justin Cornwell, Quelin Sepulveda, Luis Guzmán, Michelle Waterson, Sunny Pang, Jim Caesar, Xelia Mendes-Jones with Yeo Yann Yann, Timothy Olyphant, and Forest Whitaker.
The official synopsis reads,

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve had a movie from action filmmaker Gareth Evans, who gave us two bone-breaking installments in “The Raid” saga and is reuniting with Netflix for his latest effort “Havoc” after working with them on the 2018 gothic folk horror film, “Apostle.” There is now a first-look trailer for the film that stars British actor Tom Hardy (“The Bikeriders”) in his role as Walker, a disillusioned detective who has to wade into the waters of the criminal drug underworld that lead to some unsettling and dangerous events.

Buckle up, everyone: Gareth Evans is back in action. Literally. After the gore-strewn one-two punch of The Raid and The Raid 2 – a duology which quite literally reshaped the action movie genre as we know it – the director moved on to gnarly folk horror (Apostle) and small-screen crime sagas (Gangs Of London Season 1). But with his long-awaited Havoc, he’s back in movie mode for the first time since 2017 – and plunging back into the all-out action with which he made his name. And this time, he has a mega A-list star leading the way in the shape of Tom Hardy. The results promise to be thrilling and bruising in equal measure – and the first teaser has arrived, offering a glimpse of the… well, havoc to come.
Boom. This is just a brief look for now, but the combination of Evans and Hardy seems to be as no-holds-barred as you’d hope.

As quickly established in "Yellowstone," there's more to the Dutton ranch than herding cattle and breaking horses. Until his untimely death, John Dutton (Kevin Costner) and his family built an empire on endless corrupt deals, exploiting anyone who dared think they had a shot at overpowering one of the most powerful families in Montana. As a result, any wrongdoer who dared make the grave miscalculation of taking them on often got sent to a location kept off the map. This hidden secret was a private place for the Duttons and, more specifically, their right-hand man, Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser), for whenever an issue needed dealing with permanently.
This spot, known as the train station, was the final stop for those who crossed our favorite family, whether they liked it or not. Just as often as brawls in the bunkhouse explode in Taylor Sheridan's epic crime saga, visits were made to this haunting dumping ground,...

Kaya Walker’s resignation was posted on X on Feb. 18, a day less than a week after an article about Barron’s life at NYU was published in Vanity Fair.
In the article, Walker told the outlet about Barron, “He’s sort of like an oddity on campus…he goes to class, he goes home.”
Walker’s resignation letter emphasized that her quotes were, “ridiculously misconstrued to suggest that I found Barron Trump’s commuter status to be unusual when in reality the majority of NYU’s body – including myself – are commuters.”

Within the continuously changing film and television landscape, comic book movies have a significant share of contemporary must-see theatrical events. Even though many factors have led to an overall declining box office, superhero movies are relentlessly fighting to leave their cinematic mark and many of our favorite heroes have had a positive impact at movie theaters in recent years.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe is evolving their strategy while moving forward to develop content for many years to come. Sony Marvel movies have also been supplementing the genre with sporadic releases in recent years, however limited financial success may prevent Sony from continuing with their separate Marvel universe. On the contrary, DC is restarting their Justice League-based franchise, with big promises from studio heads James Gunn and Peter Safran.
We are here to help you keep track of superhero movie mania. What is the next big release?...

As the build begins for Marvel’s Thunderbolts*, the question is whether the company is making the wrong move with the team.
After a rough 2023, the MCU took time off to regroup, pushed on by the Hollywood strikes. They are trying to bounce back with Deadpool & Wolverine and Captain America: Brave New World. Their big summer entry is Thunderbolts* (the asterisk is intentional), which looks fun.
The plotline has several supporting characters from previous Marvel movies pushed into a team: Bucky/The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), the Red Guardian (David Harbour), John Walker/US Agent (Wyatt Russell), Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen) and Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko).
The trailer hints at some wild action and comedy, unlike Guardians of the Galaxy or DC’s Suicide Squad. Yet that seems to be a missed opportunity for the movie version of the Thunderbolts to replicate the comics.

When Chicago Fire first announced Eamonn Walker was leaving the series, there was some hope we would see him again. It’s looking less and less likely it will happen this season, though.
Chief Boden left Firehouse 51 at the end of Chicago Fire season 12. To protect Firehouse 51 and the fire department as a whole, he put his hat in the fire commissioner ring and ended up with the position. As he left, the series promised that we would get to see him again.
That meant fans were excited to see him at least once in Chicago Fire season 13. Wouldn’t the three-part crossover event have been a good time to bring him in? Well, it’s looking like it won’t happen this season.
Eamonn Walker isn’t booked for anything just yet in Chicago Fire

Captain America: Brave New World is coming out this February, and here are a few things to remember before seeing it!
The Marvel Cinematic Universe has had a tough time in the last couple of years. 2023 saw Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and The Marvels both disappoint, with the latter being an outright flop. They took it easier, with the only movie in 2024 being Deadpool & Wolverine which grossed over $1 billion at the box office and earned rave reviews from critics.
That puts a lot of pressure on Captain America: Brave New World. This newest film is one of the last of Phase 5 of the MCU, putting Anthony Mackie in the main spotlight as Sam Wilson takes over the mantle of the Star-Spangled Man a decade after debuting in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Marvel Studios released a new trailer for Thunderbolts* during the Super Bowl on Sunday night, giving us our first look at the incredibly powerful Sentry in action.
Except, it wasn't really - or more accurately, wasn't only - Sentry.
The shadowy figure we see laying waste to New York City is indeed Lewis Pullman's Bob Reynolds, but the entity that takes over his body and forces him to commit these evil acts as "Dark Sentry" is known as The Void.
While the movie might make some changes when it comes to how this mysterious - possibly biblical - being is introduced, the comics may provide a few answers, although it's worth noting that The Void's origins have yet to be fully explored on the page (there are hints that he/it could have started out as the literal Angel of Death).
