Who can give me an oracle cloud account as i dont have a credit card and i cant have one because of my countrie's restrictions , or can someone just give me acess to their pterodactyl. Or is the only option to go that scetchy way over some api stuff. You do have to use a valid debit/credit card, and your contact info to. Is it actually worth trying to create a server since some other said it is no use and will takes months. Some verification money was deducted anyway which i didn't get back.
