Why Is My Steam Cloud Not Syncing - Suddenly my cloud saves are not syncing with steam. It seems like steam itself is more responsible for handling whatever file is being modified to flag the need for a cloud sync to occur. You will get a loadout warning, just ignore it and continue to close tf2. I'm also losing my favorites anytime i restart steam (not a biggie, just providing all information). To replacing the game save, just find where the save location is, and replace it there. I've clicked on my other games and they did the same thing too.
